SVE Package

  • Travaini Liquid Ring Pump Model TRVX1007/1Y-C/F blower, Coupled to a 40hp 460V 3PH TEFC motor. Rated for up to 150SCFM @ 22" Hg.
  • MS-120 HI VAC Aluminum Moisture separator with high float switches
  • Effluent pump and 1” Stainless Steel flow totalizer with Viton O-rings.
  • Discharge plumbed to the Air Stripper
  • Includes at least (11) - 2" SVE leg, plumbed with manual control valve, vacuum gauge, sample port and port for flow measurement
  • HEX inline prior to discharge into the vapor phase carbon vessels

Air Sparge System

  • Busch MM1142 Rotary claw compressor with 12.6kW (16.8Hp) 460V 3PH TEFC Motor Rated for 103SCFM @ 31psi
  • Includes integrated inlet Filter Silencer, and discharge silencer
  • Includes Heat Exchanger plumbed inline prior to instrumentation and manifold
  • Includes at least (8) - 1" sparge legs, each plumbed with a check valve, pressure gauge, control valve, and rotameter

Air Stripper Package

  • PRM Model AST-234 Low Profile air stripper package
  • 24” wide x 36” long with 4 trays
  • 7.5HP Pressure blower 460V, 3 Phase, TEFC blower
  • Design Flow rate of 25 GPM

Carbon Vessels

  • (2) PRM VP-3000 Vapor Phase Carbon Vessels
  • PRM HP-1000 Liquid Phase Carbon Vessel
